Trust me, your PC is a lot stronger than mine and should be able to run the game flawlessly. Before I actually just took my time and paid attention to which door skips were instant and which weren't my time was suffering a lot.
A lot of the time people are just losing time and not understanding why because they're messing up the door skips which could make it seem like lag I suppose?
So we can at least rule AMD out partially Edit; there was one time i had lag and i fixed it by switching compatibility mode from Xp Service pack 3 to service pack 2.
Let's find out once and for all.

Watching a few runners biohazarx do complain it lags Silent Hill Series Speedruns. Which is why I connected the dots to maybe this conclusion.

Close the SRT if you have it up. I have lags when game has a lot of effects. Seriously though if you see you're losing time and cannot figure out why, try two things: Just thought I'd make this purely because a lot of the time when people say their game is lagging, I honestly can't see it on their stream.
