These are important to your network security. Then there is no chance of getting lag spikes due to local congestion. The only complaint I had over the control panel is how slow it can be to refresh and update at times. I am using a Huawei HG router but the performance is very hit or miss can anybody suggest a reasonable priced alternative that is guaranteed to improve my internet speed and Wi-Fi performance?

Surprised me a bit, but if it'll be stable at that bg635 will be well happy with it It is quite possible the reset button wasn't held down long enough. Is this a DSL router?
